Responsibilities:
Maintain general cleanliness of the Health Center facilitiesAssist in opening and closing of the facility according to hours of operationMaintenance and minor repairCheck lights, elevator, air conditioning and boiler are all workingFollow daily and quarterly cleaning and waxing schedulesDispose of garbageMaintain order of supply roomAssist in supplies receivableAssist in light moving (i.e. boxes, furniture)Assist in messenger dutiesPerform other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience in custodian/maintenance workMust be able to physically lift a minimum of 25 pounds
