Full-Time Facilitator - Facilities - Queens

Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for general lobby appearance, cleanliness and safety
• Greet and welcome patients and visitors
• Familiar with the Health Center services and provide direction and assistance for patients and visitors
  
• Facilitate smooth traffic flow of patients and visitors
• Assist patients and visitors with elevator service
• Receive parcels and facilitate delivery to the various departments
• Familiar with Emergency protocols and participate when indicated
• Oversee parking lot traffic and maintain cleanliness
• Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or the equivalent
• Bilingual in English/Chinese preferred
• 2 years of customer service experience preferred

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: $35,000.00 - 36,000.00 per year
