CBWCHC currently has 89 physicians and providers that lead a passionate medical staff serving more than 55,000 patients a year across the New York metropolitan area. Providing exceptional care and leading innovations that improve clinical quality and the patient experience, they deliver health care using a collaborative, team-based approach in a Level III certified patient centered medical home. Our doctors, dentists, nurse midwives, and nurse practitioners are board-certified or board-eligible, and licensed to practice in the State of New York. They provide excellent primary care in adult medicine, pediatric care, women’s health, dental care, and mental health.
